Very Poor

Disappointing! Booked online only to find out that hotel no longer accepts reservations online when we got at the hotel. So troublesome! Though receptionist was nice.

Maganda actually ang location at mismong room except sa aircon and door ng room namen. Sana mapalitan at maayos na.

New interiors, clean room, friendly staff, good response and supportive; worth to stay

Smell from the drain pipe in the CR. I stayed at room 101 so it’s close to drainage infrastructure of the building. That’s endurable but I hope it’ll get resolved soon.

Good hotel in the city.

Brewed coffee in the morning breakfast tasted good. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to commercial center, school, church. Mindful staff.

No toothbrush and toothpaste for guest. Understandable given the price.

2 nights in Davao

Good bed. Good towels. Free drinkable water on each floor. Very nice staff and helpful.

Cramped bathroom and no shower curtains....water splash all around. Very fuzzy and glitchy WiFi. Breakfast... awful with instant coffee.

extreamly noisy, headache-inducing place

comfy bed. simple breakfast included in price.

noisy aircon of an old type. the room balcony faces straight at the street, while the door there is very thin and untight with a wide slit at the bottom in a place where a threshold could be expected. this all makes the room extremely noisy all day and night giving you a feeling like every car and motorcycle outside is running straight through your head. don't even bother staying there without having a great quality earplugs.

Suite yourself..

Staff were very nice, it's the only thing that I liked really, except for the guard who just did not care. They should train guards with CS as they are the literal frontliners. I would backout because of him had I not book the place ahead.

The AC was on as I entered but the room was not cool enough. I took to myself to take a shower just to quench the humid night. The room was clean but it reeked of wood smell (from the wooden closet). Did not like the idea of the mirror directly next to the wall, facing the door. Too small space for you to use it. You have to lean to the wall. Haha. Bfast is just the typical silog styles. No elevator. Stairs is good enough for one bag, too narrow.

The staff were really nice especially when asking for...

The staff were really nice especially when asking for directions and stuff.

During our second day there was water interruption and power outage. They didn't have any electric generators. But the staff were friendly enough to helped us to have a nice shower (they said that they have a water tank but the pressure couldn't reach our room at the fourth floor) at the second floor of the hotel. Plus, the breakfast was not good.

We stayed at the 3rd floor in the hotel and there is no...

We stayed at the 3rd floor in the hotel and there is no elevator. During my stay where was a water interruption and there was no back up water facilities. There is no switch near at the bed, you need to stand up to turn off the lights. The aircon machine is noisy.

the Guards are friendly and Very helpful they give directions and call a cab if I needed one.

the check in time... went there around 2pm but my room is not yet ready, came back 3pm but still they asked me to wait 30mins more...

the place and room was lovely , and the hotel staff were great

The staff were great !!!

the sheets had not been changed , after the last person had stayed in my room , and there was blood on my sheets ! and there was no fridge .

Zimmer viel zu klein, das war kein Familienzimmer. Ich habe mich schon so oft bei Ihnen beschwert, dass es bei den meisten Ihrer Angebote keine Angaben über die Größe der Zimmer in qm gibt. Das müsste eine PFLICHTANGABE sein. Ich werde jetzt einmal andere Buchungsportale testen.
